Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mono-liquid thruster, quickly and surely removing a clearance generated by local or overall collapse or wear of a catalyst particle and excellent in durability, while securing reliability. SOLUTION: The mono-liquid thruster includes: a chamber 5 provided with an injector 3 and filled with a catalyst layer 4 generating cracked gas by decomposing hydrazine introduced through the injector 3; a nozzle 6 acquiring thrust by blowing off the cracked gas generated in the chamber 5; a circular downstream mesh 9 disposed in the chamber 5 to be axially movable and covering a nozzle-side end face of the catalyst layer 4; and a coil spring 10 constantly imparting a force toward an injector 3 side to the downstream mesh 9. When a diameter of the circular downstream mesh 9 is (a), a wire diameter of the coil spring 10 is (d), and a diameter of the coil spring 10 is D, the diameter D of the coil spring 10 is set to satisfy the expression of 0.5a<D<1.0a-d.
