Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a novel cosmetic composition that gives a comfortable sediment on skin that can hide wrinkles and defects on the face for a long time. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition taking the form of paste contains one or more fillers of at least 10 wt.% of the total weight, at least one silicone polyamide block copolymer (PSPA) and at least one wax having a melting point of 50°C or higher in a physiologically acceptable medium. The cosmetic treatment method for improving the surface aspect of skin and especially for reducing visible and/or tactile ruggedness of skin such as microrelief on the skin surface includes at least application of at least one composition above to the rugged skin.
