Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an empty case suspending device of a pole-mounted transformer capable of easily positioning a claw to an empty case of the pole-mounted transformer, capable of making the device compact in the vertical direction, and capable of suspending the empty case by using the same claw even in the empty case different in the length. SOLUTION: This empty case suspending device includes a frame 12 extending in the horizontal direction and moved by an overhead traveling crane 1, a slide frame 13 held by the frame 12 and movable in a straight line shape in the horizontal direction, the claw 14 arranged in the slide frame 13 and engageable with the empty case 51 of the pole-mounted transformer 50, and a driving means 20 extending along the frame 12 and moving the slide frame 13 in the horizontal direction.
