PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast re-multiplexing system maintaining a multiplexing position relation of data broadcast or PSI/SI and video or multiplexing position relation of signals when multiplexing a plurality of transcoder output signals, in the same way as before transcoding. SOLUTION: The re-multiplexing system comprises: a multiplex timing controller 334 which determines a time stamp value for determining timing to multiplex a TS packet from video transcoders 200a-200d and a TS packet from a demodulator 100 for each TS packet on the basis of PCR in a TS packet of MPEG-2 TS written in a signal buffer region 333 by a plurality of transcoder output signal receivers 331a-331d and a broadcast signal receiver 332 and which writes the time stamp value in the signal buffer region 333; and a multiplexer 336 which re-multiplexes the transcoder output signal and the digital broadcast signal to output them in the multiplex timing determined in accordance with a magnitude of the time stamp value.
