Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous control device for controlling a follow-up axis which is an axis of rotation to synchronize with a followed-up axis which is an axis of rotation. SOLUTION: When a speed Vc of a follow-up axis x reaches a speed Vp (target speed) of a followed-up axis y, it is further accelerated and then decelerated so that its delay amounts with a target position rounded by one-time rotational moving amounts can be compensated. When the speed Vc of the follow-up axis x reaches a speed Vp (target speed) of the followed-up axis y, its delay amounts with the target position, with respect to the followed-up axis y rounded by one time rotational amounts of the follow-up axis x, is expressed by an area S4; and the follow-up axis x is accelerated to a time t5, and then decelerated to a time t6. The time until the completion of synchronization is shortened by a length of (t4-t6), in comparison with the acceleration/deceleration method of the follow-up axis x in a conventional system. Also, the maximum speed Vcmax of the follow-up axis x is also speed smaller speed than that of the conventional system. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
