Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic substance detector for improving a detection value of magnetic substances such as the base of a drip stand and performing appropriate reporting to users as a means for performing reporting in such a way that magnetic substances may not be attracted by a strong magnet of an MRI diagnostic apparatus. SOLUTION: Two plates with high magnetic permeabilities are arranged with a gap to each other for providing large changes in magnetic flux density. By passing a magnetic substance such as the base between them, a magnetic substance having a large shape is virtually formed in the passage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
