Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission control device wherein load state detection is facilitated, and also to provide a power transmission device and the like, an electronic apparatus, and a load state detection circuit and the like. SOLUTION: The power transmission control device 20 provided in a power transmission device 10 of a contactless power transmission system includes a load state detection circuit 30 that detects the load state on the power receiving side. The load state detection circuit 30 detects the load state on the power receiving side, based on a signal of the difference between a first signal from one end of a resonance capacitor C1 forming a resonant circuit together with an elementary coil L1, and a second signal from the other end of the resonance capacitor C1.
