Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a magnetic field generating member which can prevent a curvature in molding and a distortion due to passage of time. SOLUTION: In the magnetic field generating member 30, a cylindrical body section 31 and a groove section 32 provided along the axial direction of the body 31 on the outer circumference surface of the body section 31 are formed by injection magnetic field molding. The magnetic field generating member 30 has a plurality of grooves 35 that are linear in planar view, provided along the direction in parallel to or crossing with an axis of the body section 31 near the inner side of both ends of the body 31 on the outer circumference surface of the body 31 that faces the groove section 32 with an axis P of the body section 31 in between.
