Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner which is excellent in manufacturing stability, causes no fogging and has satisfactory fixing property and anti-blocking property, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the toner. SOLUTION: The toner contains at least a surfactant, a binder resin and wax, wherein a nonionic surfactant having HLB less than 5 is used as the surfactant.
