Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a repair construction method which improves the working efficiency in a control area. SOLUTION: In a construction method for giving repair or preventive maintenance to stress corrosion cracking in a radiation handling facility by pasting a resin sheet 1 onto a surface to be constructed, after a primer 2 of 2 mm or thicker that has a composition whose main constituent resin has much the same composition as the resin composition of the resin sheet 1 and which is mixed with a bodying agent is applied heavily onto the resin sheet 1 with a prescribed composition, the resin sheet 1 is pasted onto the surface to be constructed with no primer 2 applied or the surface to be constructed with the primer 2 of 1 mm or thinner applied lightly and, additionally, a sealer 3 that has a composition whose main constituent resin has much the same composition and which is mixed with a bodying agent and has a lower fluidity than the primer 2 is applied to joints 6 and is hardened.
