PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the burden of a player from increasing too much in a game machine having a first initiating winning device and a second initiating winning device. SOLUTION: This game machine has a first jackpot manner deciding means and a second jackpot manner deciding means. The former decides the first jackpot manner as either one of a first normal jackpot, in which a first jackpot play with an extremely high execution probability for award ball payback is carried out and the winning probability for jackpot lottery is a normal probability, a first probability-changing jackpot, in which the first jackpot play is carried out and the winning probability is a high probability, or a second probability-changing jackpot, in which a second jackpot play with an extremely low execution probability for award ball payback is carried out and the winning probability is a high probability. The latter decides the second jackpot manner as either one of the first probability-changing jackpot, a second normal jackpot, in which a third jackpot play with an execution probability for award ball payback lower than that in the first jackpot play and higher than that in the second jackpot play is carried out and the winning probability for jackpot lottery is a normal probability, or a third probability-changing jackpot, in which the third jackpot play is carried out and the winning probability is a high probability.
