Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide erroneous assembling preventive structure for a packing of which the attaching direction is regulated only to a normal attaching direction, and to prevent the packing from being assembled erroneously. SOLUTION: This erroneous assembling preventive structure for the packing is one for the annular packing 11 of sealing structure with the packing 11 attached to a peripheral groove 13 formed in an outer circumference of a cylindrical body 5. At least two protrusions 25 of different sizes non-point-symmetrically around an axis of the packing 11 as the center are projected toward unidirectionally along the axis, and cut-outs 37 fit into the respective protrusions 25 are extended from the peripheral groove 13 to be provided in the cylindrical body 5.
