Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for tying up an animal with a new structure, capable of ensuring the safety of operations in a simple structure, and to provide a structure for tying up an animal in a farm land. SOLUTION: A movable ring 22 to be tied to an animal 18 is mounted on an endless circular wire 16 disposed above the ground in a state surrounding the outer peripheries of positioning tools 14 set to at least three positions of an animal-tying region 22 to limit the movement of the ring above the ground with the positioning tools 14. Shielding members 26 are disposed on the inner peripheral sides of the positioning tools 14 to stop the movements of animals 18 tied to the movable rings 22 in the peripheral direction of the circular wire 16 through the inner peripheral sides of the positioning tools 14.
