Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage portion detecting device promptly identifying a leakage portion when steam pipe leakage occurs inside a ceiling housing etc. SOLUTION: The leakage portion detecting device is provided with: a plurality of sound sensors 16 disposed within the ceiling housing 12 where a steam pipe 13 is arranged of a plant 11 including a boiler 10 and detecting sound data within the ceiling housing 12; a control device 20 for determining whether or not steam is leaked from the steam pipe 13 and identifying a leakage portion by comparing the sound data during normal operation detected by the sound sensors 16 during normal operation of the plant 11 and stored with respect to each predetermined operation output with the sound data at any measurement time detected by the sound sensors 16 at any measurement time in accordance with the operation output; and a determination content output device 22 for outputting the content determined by the control device 20.
