Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition having high flame-retardancy to meet UL94VTM-0 standard without using a halogen-based flame retardant or an antimony oxide-based flame retardant from the view point of environmental protection, without depositing the phosphorus-based flame retardant on the surface of a self-adhesive layer and without depositing the phosphorus-based flame retardant on the surface of a resin layer when being formed sheet-like. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant resin composition comprises (A) an organic phosphorus-based flame retardant, (B) a self-adhesive base polymer and (C) an aromatic group-containing adhesiveness-imparting resin, wherein the (A) component is contained by 15-30 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass in total of the (A), (B) and (C) components and the (B) component is contained by equal to or above 5 pts.mass to equal to or below ((the blended quantity of the (A))+10 pts.mass). The flame retardant self-adhesive sheet is formed by providing a flame retardant resin layer comprising the flame-retardant resin composition at least on one surface of a flame retardant base material.
