PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient stirring performance for a developer, without reducing the circulation speed of the developer and to secure the reliability and durability of a developing device by maintaining the durability of a bearing part. SOLUTION: The developing device includes: a first rotating member 106 including a stirring and conveying member conveying the developer in a predetermined direction and a circulation auxiliary member conveying the developer to a central part; a second rotating member 108 including a stirring and conveying member conveying the developer in a direction opposite to that by the first rotating member and a circulation auxiliary member conveying the developer to the central part; a third rotating member 110 including a stirring member stirring the developer but not having a conveying ability and a circulation auxiliary member formed at both ends so as to convey the developer to the central part; a plurality of end partition walls formed along the circulation auxiliary member; and a center partition wall 120 formed away from the end partition walls and along the stirring and conveying member.
