Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument device that is not liable to be affected by a vibration and is excellent in antistatic properties. SOLUTION: The instrument device includes a display panel 3 having a see-through section 31, a liquid crystal display 2 arranged so as to be visually observed through the see-through section 31, a circuit board 4 that is arranged at a rear face side of the liquid crystal display 2 and is electrically connected to the liquid crystal display 2, an inner case 6 arranged between the circuit board 4 and the display panel 3, and a facing plate 5 that is arranged at a front face side of the display panel 3 and is adapted to hide a portion of the display panel 3 unnecessary for visual observation. The instrument device further includes an earth body 10 that discharges static electricity charged on the display panel 3 to an earth part of the circuit board 4. The earth body 10 is formed of a first contact part 11 contacting the display panel 3, a second contact part 13 contacting the circuit board 4 and a connection 12 that connects the first and second contact parts 11, 13 to each other.
