Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a fiber-reinforced plastic panel capable of certainly keeping track of impregnation proceeding when a lamination of fiber-reinforced substrate is impregnated with a resin material. SOLUTION: Before applying the resin material W through a supply pipe 6 inside a vacuum bag 7 covering the lamination 4 of fiber-reinforced substrate, two conductive foils to be sensors 10a, 10b are arranged between layers of the lamination 4, spacing so as not to electrically conduct each other. On supplying the resin material W inside the vacuum bag 7 and impregnating the resin material W to the lamination 4 while air inside the vacuum bag 7 is sucked on a mold 1, at least one of loss factor or electric capacity between the two conductive foils to be the sensors 10a, 10b are measured and the impregnation proceeding is determined from the measuring result.
