Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous pigment dispersant excellent in dispersing of a pigment and to provide a pigment dispersion composition excellent in dispersion stability. SOLUTION: The nonaqueous pigment dispersant includesa multi-branched polymer having two or more different segments in a branch moiety, wherein the multi-branched polymer includes a segment (A) having a structural unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid ester and/or styrene containing no nitrogen atom and a segment (B) having a structural unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having a primary to tertiary nitrogen atom. The pigment dispersion composition includes the nonaqueous pigment dispersant, a pigment, and an organic solvent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
