Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy deformed bar stock which is suitable for producing a connector having bendability enabling a fitting recessed part having a complicated shape to be formed, and having improved connection reliability in the crimping part of a core wire, etc., and a lead frame in which the dissipation of heat in a heat sink part mounted with a semiconductor device can be accelerated, and strength can be secured in a lead part, and to provide a method for producing the copper alloy deformed bar stock. SOLUTION: The copper alloy deformed bar stock 10 comprises an age precipitation type copper alloy containing 0.5 to 4.8 wt.% Ni and 0.08 to 1.4 wt.% Si and included a thick plate part 11 and a thin plate part 12 having a plate thickness thinner than that of the thick plate part 11 in the cross-section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the bar stock. In the copper alloy deformed bar stock 10, the tensile strength TS1 of the thick plate part 11 and the tensile strength TS2 of the thin plate part 12 satisfy the relationship of TS1<TS2, and the electric conductivity EC1 of the thick plate part 11 and the electric conductivity EC2 of the thin plate part 12 satisfy the relationship of EC1>EC2.
