Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed apparatus for a radiotherapy apparatus which can be simlified in structure and reduced in an installation space. SOLUTION: The bed apparatus for the radiotherapy apparatus includes: a top board 4 for placing a patient; a parallel movement device for moving the top board 4 in mutually orthogonal triaxial directions; a rotary movement device 8 for rotating the top board 4; and a bed controller 36 for controlling the parallel movement device and the rotary movement device 8. The rotary movement device 8 includes a plurality of rotary arms 9, 10 for supporting the top board 4. The bed controller 36 allows the longitudinal direction of the rotary arms 9, 10 and the longitudinal direction of the top board 4 to be kept in parallel, and allows the rotary arm 9 to be rotated around an axis in parallel with a z-axis being a vertical direction in a plane in parallel with a floor surface.
