Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide belted shoes which have instep belts not hindering movement of wearer's feet, are comfortable to wear, allow the wearer to put on or off the shoes without detaching the instep belts, and which prevent the instep belts from hanging down even when the instep belts are detached from uppers when putting on. SOLUTION: In the shoe, the instep belt 10 is formed for adjusting a fastening state of the instep. A predetermined section α near the base of the instep belt 10 is formed of an elastic material 11. A belt inserting part 30 is formed on the upper 20 for inserting the instep belt 10.
