Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary combustion boiler in which a burner is disposed to effectively prevent interference of burner flame to elongate a flame retention time of a reduction combustion zone and reduce generation of NOx without increasing a size of the boiler. SOLUTION: In this rotary combustion boiler 10A in which the burner 13 is composed of corner firing type burner sections 12 disposed at each of corner sections of each stage, each stage is provided with one or a plurality of fire balls, and the air is charged to multiple stages to have reduction atmosphere in a zone from the burner sections 12 to an additional air charging section, the plurality of burners 13 disposed in the vertical stage direction, and the circumferential direction of each stage in the furnace 11 are alternately disposed toward the first and second angles having different angles θ from the horizontal direction, with respect to both of the vertical stage direction and the circumferential direction.
