Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg which satisfies processability and tackiness, and to provide a carbon fiber-reinforced composite material which satisfies compression strength after impact and interlaminar shear strength in high temperature and high humidity surroundings. SOLUTION: The carbon fiber-reinforced composite material includes: reinforcing fiber (A); an epoxy resin composition (B) having a bending modulus of elasticity of its cured product of 2.8 to 5.7 GPa; and an epoxy resin composition (C) having a bending modulus of elasticity of its cured product of 3.1 to 6.0 GPa, wherein the bending modulus of elasticity of the cured product of the epoxy resin composition (C) is larger than that of the epoxy resin composition (B). In the prepreg, the epoxy resin composition (C) is more unevenly distributed to the surface side than the epoxy resin composition (B).
