Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a fiber-reinforced plastic panel, in each of which when a laminate of fiber-reinforced base materials is impregnated with a resin material, an impregnated state of the laminate can be recognized surely. SOLUTION: Before the resin material W is supplied to the inside of a vacuum bag 7, which covers the laminate 4 of fiber-reinforced base materials, through a supply pipe 6, two conducting wires being sensors 10a, 10b are arranged at regular intervals between layers of the laminate 4 in a state wherein an electric current does not pass between the conducting wires. When the resin material W is supplied to the inside of a vacuum bag 7 on a mold 1 while sucking the air inside the vacuum bag 7 to impregnate the laminate 4 with the resin material W, a loss coefficient or a resistance value between two conducting wires being the sensors 10a, 10b is measured and the impregnated state of the laminate is judged on the basis of the measured loss coefficient or resistance value.
