Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that can generate electromotive force by a simpler mechanism, and to provide a method of controlling electrical accumulation for storing a voltage generated by the electromotive force. SOLUTION: Electromotive force can be generated, by using an unavoidable temperature difference, between a heat source provided in a first housing and a second housing. In other words, since there is no need for installing a cooling member, such as a heat pipe, a heat diffusion member, in order to generate a temperature difference, the number of components can be reduced. Furthermore, since a thermoelectric conversion mechanism is a power regeneration system, it is not necessary to control the application of a voltage for driving the thermoelectric conversion mechanism, and reduction in the power consumption of electronic equipment itself can also be realized.
