Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device capable of accurately determining the lifetime of a motor. SOLUTION: The ventilation device is equipped with the motor 15 for driving a blade installed inside a body 4 of the ventilation device and a control circuit 22 for controlling the motor 15. Inside the control circuit 22, the device is equipped with a vibration determination means for determining vibration by a vibration detection means for detecting vibration of the motor 15 and a vibration threshold value set in advance, and a temperature determination means for determining temperature by a temperature detection means for measuring temperature inside the control circuit 22 and a temperature threshold value set in advance. When the vibration exceeds the vibration threshold value and the temperature inside the control circuit exceeds the temperature threshold value, the ventilation device stops power supply to the control circuit 22.
