PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device for a four-wheel drive vehicle using main components in common for two-wheel drive use and four-wheel drive use and reducing the cost. SOLUTION: One end of a transfer case 31-34 is connected to one end of a transmission case 21 from which shaft ends of a first input shaft 24 and a first output shaft 25 of a transmission 2 protrude, and the other end extends toward front wheels or rear wheels. A second input shaft 35 parallel to the first output shaft and driven through a chain 36, a second output shaft 37 arranged in the direction orthogonal to the second input shaft, and bevel gears 352, 371 connecting the both shafts are arranged inside the transfer case.
