Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a co-ordination in a manufacturing process easy by reducing a co-ordination point number. SOLUTION: A receiving circuit includes: a matching circuit 102; an LNA 104 capable of switching two steps of gains; a programmable gain amplifier 110 capable of switching continuous gains; a gain control portion 107 which sets up the gains of the amplifier 110 so that an output signal of the amplifier 110 may become a specified level and operates the LNA 104 by a High gain when a received electric field strength is below a threshold and operates the LNA 104 by a Low gain when the received electric field strength exceeds the threshold; and a matching circuit control section 103 which switches a matching constant of the matching circuit 102 so that an input impedance of the LNA 104 when operating by the Low gain may be in agreement with the input impedance of the LNA 104 when operating by the High gain.
