PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signage management server which provides relevant information including personal information to a signage terminal which reflects personal information. SOLUTION: The signage management server 301 includes a shop database 303 storing a plurality of pieces of shop introduction information including the map coordinate of each shop. The server transmits, upon receipt of an access request from a signage terminal 310, a user management ID 111 acquired from the signage terminal 310 and address information of the signage terminal 310 to a user management server 200, acquires shop introduction information matched to the user management ID 111 and address information acquired from the user management server 200, verifies the acquired shop information with the shop database 303 to create a shop map by disposing the matched shop information on the map coordinate, and transmits this shop map to the signage terminal.
