Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid amplifier and a vibration damping-vibration isolating system. SOLUTION: The fluid amplifier 104 contains a housing assembly 113, a piezoelectric element 106, two amplification stages 108 and a rod 112. The piezoelectric element 106 is arranged in the housing assembly 113 and the energy is given so that it may be extended in an axial line direction and the input stroke can be performed in an initial size. The first amplification stage 108 adjacent to the piezoelectric element 106 is arranged in the housing assembly 113, and is constituted so that the input stroke from the piezoelectric element 106 may be amplified in the first size. The second amplification stage is arranged in series to the first amplification stage 108 to increase the input stroke in the second size larger than that in the first size, and is also constituted so that the amplified input distance may be acquired. The rod 112 is prolonged through the second amplification stage to transmit the amplified input stroke which is connected thereto and has the second size. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
