Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with a cover wall can reduce tightness feeling on the inside of the cover wall and sufficiently secure a daylighting property and ventilation property to the inside of the cover wall. SOLUTION: The cover wall 2 through which ventilation is allowed is installed at a predetermined interval from an outer wall 1 so as to face an entrance 8 formed in the outer wall 1. The height of the cover wall 2 from a ground G is higher than the heights of general adults. A deck 10 to which the user is accessible through the entrance 8 is installed at a position higher than a foundation 11 between the outer wall 1 and the cover wall 2. A first floor 20 includes a floor body 21 installed on the foundation 11 and a high floor 22 which is installed above a part of the floor body 21 at a position equal in height to the deck 10 with the outer wall 1 with the entrance 8 interposed therebetween.
