Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and robust steering mechanism that does not require a protection cover. SOLUTION: Right and left axle brackets 13 and 14 for supporting right and left axle cases are coupled with a cylindrical steering frame 15. A steering cylinder 17 and a pitman arm 16 for pivoting the steering cylinder 17 are provided inside the steering frame 15.
