PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a heating and pressurizing medium of nitrogen gas at a high heat exchange rate, without requiring high running cost, and size enlargement. SOLUTION: A vulcanization-molding method or the like includes a mold means such as a lower side mold 5 and an upper side mold 25 for storing attachably and detachably a green tire 4, a medium storage means such as a preheating heater 64 for preheating the heating and pressurizing medium such as the nitrogen gas for vulcanization-molding the green tire 4 while storing it suppliably to the green tire 4, by heating the green tire 4 while pressing it onto the mold means, a hot-heat and cold-heat separating means such as a vortex tube 71 for taking out a high temperature component of the heating and pressurizing medium, using pressure energy of the heating and pressurizing medium exhausted after the vulcanization-molding, and a heat exchanger 72 for heating the heating and pressurizing medium replenished to the medium storage means, by heat exchange with the high temperature component.
