PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer having a function of analyzing the cause of alarms or errors at a later date, even if they occur. SOLUTION: This automatic analyzer comprises a selecting means for selecting a measurement result intended to be held also after removal of an analyte, by setting the conditions before the measurement, setting the condition after the measurement, or performing optional selection after the measurement; an extracting means for extracting the measurement result selected by the selecting means and information related to the measurement; a storing means for storing each information extracted by the extracting means; a displaying means for displaying information stored by the storing means; a retrieving means for retrieving the information displayed by the displaying means using optional information; and an outputting means for outputting the information stored by the storing means.
