Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage implement improving the storing property of various types of dishes and stabilizing the attitude of the stored dishes; and a method of washing the dishes. SOLUTION: This storage implement of dishes includes: a plurality of support bodies 22, 23, 33 and 34 supporting the peripheral ends of dishes 37 whose surface side and back side are horizontally superposed, along the superposed direction; a partitioning position-regulating member 38 partitioning the dishes 37 into a plurality of pieces in the superposed direction; and position regulation members 16, 27, 17 and 18 regulating the positions of the front side of the dishes positioned at the head and of the back side of the dishes positioned at the rearmost part for every of the partitioned dishes.
