SOLUTION: A power storage device 10 includes a water electrolysis device 11, a fuel cell 12, a container 13, purification layers 14, a partitioning plate 15 to separate the interior of the container 13 body into a first chamber 16 and a second chamber 17, a hydrogen storage part 20 having a hydrogen tank 21 and hydrogen pipings 22a, 22b, an oxygen storage part 30 having an oxygen tank 31 and oxygen pipings 32a, 32b, a first feed pipe 25 to feed circulation water drained from the container 13 to the first chamber 16 through the fuel cell 12 and the water electrolysis device 11, a second feed pipe 35 to feed the circulation water drained from the container 13 to the second chamber 17 through the fuel cell 12 and the water electrolysis device 11, a hydrogen supply pipe 26 of which one end part is connected to the first feed pipe 25 located on more downstream side than the fuel cell 12, and an oxygen supply pipe 36 of which one end part is connected to the second feed pipe 35 located on more downstream side than the fuel cell 12.
