Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film with an adhesive, wherein the optical film is provided with an adhesive layer excellent in durability and antistaticity, which is hardly changed over time. SOLUTION: The adhesive layer 20 formed from a composition that contains the following (A), (B), and (C) is provided on the optical film 10 to produce the optical film 25 with the adhesive. (A) (A-1) 55-94 wt.% of a (meth)acrylic acid ester with formula (I), and the like. (B) 0.3-12 pts.wt. of an ionic compound that has organic cations and is a solid at room temperature.
