Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heterocyclic urea compound having an activity of inhibiting RAF kinase. SOLUTION: The urea compound is represented by formula I: A-NH-CO-NH-B. In the formula, A represents a thienyl group having a substituent, a furyl group, a pyrazolyl group, an isoxazolyl group, a thiadiazolyl group or the like; and B in general represents a substituted or unsubstituted ≤30C aryl or heterocyclic aryl segment of up to a tricycle having at least 5 to 6 aromatic structures containing 0 to 4 member(s) selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur.
