Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod body for an interline rod forming a thin film layer that is thin on the inner peripheral surface of a rod material and includes a uniform thickness. SOLUTION: A high-frequency power is applied to a coil 5 arranged at the outside of the rod material 1 made of prepreg obtained by impregnating a reinforcing fiber with a matrix resin. A raw material gas introduced into the internal space of the rod material 1 is plasmatized in the internal space while making the gas flow from one side to the other side of the rod material 1 and plasmatized particles are piled on the inner peripheral surface of the rod material 1 to form a thin film layer 2.
