PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle apparatus or the like capable of appropriately determining the necessity for transmission of information on a destination to a portable apparatus, according to the destination. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle apparatus 10 includes: a destination setting means 110 for setting the destination; a route guidance means 130 for deciding a parking position corresponding to the destination and performing route guidance for its own vehicle up to the parking position; an acquisition means 230 for information on the current position which acquires current position information representing the current position; a separation-distance determination means 240 for determining whether or not the separation distance between the current position of the vehicle and the parking position is within a predetermined distance set according to the parking position, when the route guidance for the vehicle is interrupted; and a destination-information transmission means 140 for transmitting the destination information representing the destination to the portable apparatus 30 having a route guidance function for a person, when the separation distance is within the predetermined distance.
