Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas analyzer which does not need to perform purging. SOLUTION: A gas analyzer for measuring a conclusion of an objective component in an objective gas SG based on an amount of the absorption of wavelength of a measuring light which enters a tube passage 1 where the objective gas SG flows and passes through the measuring gas SG comprises windows 31, 32 which are arranged on a light path L of the measuring light so that their surfaces are exposed to the inside of the tube passage 1, and electrodes 310, 311, 320, 321 which are attached to both ends of the windows 31, 32 in the flow direction of the measuring gas SG and to which a potential difference is imparted. The surfaces of the windows 31, 32 exposed to the inside of the tube passage 1 are coated with agents 31b, 32b containing electrolyte ions. Voltages are applied to the electrodes 310, 311, 320, 321, and dirt D attached to the window sections 31, 32 is removed from the light path L utilizing the fact that the electrolyte ions in the agents 31b, 32b are moved.
