Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a target position setting function by a technology for extracting in-vivo information from a target position by utilizing digital-modulated continuous wave. SOLUTION: A first digital modulating part 21 outputs a first digital-modulated continuous wave signal, and a second digital modulating part 22 outputs a second digital-modulated continuous wave signal. A multiplexing part 20 forms transmission signals obtained by multiplexing the first and second continuous wave signals. Delay circuits 27I and 27Q delay the first continuous wave signal by a quantity of delay corresponding to the depth of the target position, and output delayed reference signals. With these signals, a receiving mixer 29 extracts a receiving signal from a first target position. Delay circuits 28I and 28Q delay the second continuous wave signal by a quantity of delay corresponding to the depth of the target position, and output delayed reference signals. With these signals, a receiving mixer 30 extracts a receiving signal from a second target position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
