Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick silicone grease tightly to a printed circuit board and a case and maintain a small clearance between the printed circuit board and the case in a control unit which transmit the heat of an electronic component through the printed circuit board, the silicone grease (heat conducting material), and the case sequentially. SOLUTION: Part of a case 104 is made to project so as to form a heat dissipation seating portion 121, and a liquid gasket is applied to the periphery of an upper face of the heat dissipation seating portion 121. Silicone grease 122 is applied to a region surrounded with the liquid gasket, and a printed circuit board 102 is so fixed that the liquid gasket and the silicone grease 122 may be smashed. Then, the liquid gasket is hardened so as to from a seal member 123 with which a gap between the printed circuit board 102 and the heat dissipation seating portion 121 is filled. In this way, a clearance between the printed circuit board 102 and the heat dissipation seating portion 121 is secured through the seal member 123, and at the movement of the silicone grease 122 is prevented.
