SOLUTION: A plurality of external wall materials are horizontally connected along a skeleton external wall 1 of the building, to form the exterior of the building. The external wall material comprises the spandrels 2A, 2B, 2C, fixed to the skeleton external wall adjacently to each other, and a heat insulating material 10 are arranged along the skeleton external wall, inside the spandrels and is integrally held with the spandrels.
