Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of joining a pipe and a member to be joined by which joining strength between the pipe and the member to be joined is improved by reducing the amount of spring back of the pipe. SOLUTION: In a state in which the pipe 1 is inserted into an inserting hole 6 which is provided on the member 5 to be joined, by expanding the inserted portion 2 of the pipe 1 inserted into the inserting hole 6, the member 5 to be joined is joined to the pipe 1.
