Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for stably supplying power to a heater so that a temperature of a sodium-sulfur battery is not lowered even if power interruption occurs in a power system in a linkage system. SOLUTION: A wind turbine generator 7 generates power at the power interruption of the power system 1, and when the sodium-sulfur battery 3 is not fully charged, the charging of the sodium-sulfur battery 3 is controlled so that an expression of PG=PH+PNC(PG: an output of the generator, PH: power supply to the heater, and PNC: the charging power of the sodium-sulfur battery) is satisfied, thus supplying outputs of the wind turbine generator 7 to the heater 6 and the sodium-sulfur battery 3.
