Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated three terminal type solid electrolytic capacitor and a method of manufacturing the same, which can reduce impedance, simplify processes, reduce manufacturing man-hours as compared with a conventional method, and prevent deterioration of element characteristics and decrease of manufacturing yields. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method, a plurality of capacitor single elements, each of which has: a foil aluminum anode body 1 with an expanded surface; a dielectric film 3 formed on its surface; an insulator layer 4 for separating a surface of the dielectric film 3 into a region of a cathode part 12 in a center part and regions of anode parts 10 of both end parts; a solid electrolytic layer 5, a graphite layer 6 and a metal electrode layer 7 formed on the cathode part 12; and anode lead-out parts 8 of the anode parts 10, and the cathode parts are connected with conductive adhesive. The anode lead-out parts 8 on both end parts are directly laminated on one anode lead frame 10, the anode lead frame 10 and the plurality of anode lead-out parts 8 are welded, and then the conductive adhesive is cured.
