Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly uniforming a temperature of an exhaust gas after combining while suppressing increase of pressure loss of a duct. SOLUTION: In this flue-gas NOx removal device, an ammonia gas is supplied to a combined exhaust gas of a mainstream exhaust gas passing through a mainstream duct 16 and decreased in temperature by an economizer 22 and a bypass exhaust gas 28 passing through a bypass duct 24 bypassing the economizer 22 and keeping high temperature, and then the exhaust gas is NOx-removed by an NOx removal reactor. In particular, three pieces of partitioning plates 44 partitioning a mainstream exhaust gas flow channel into a plurality of flow channels in parallel with the passing direction of the mainstream exhaust gas 26 while being opposed to the flowing-in direction of the bypass exhaust gas 28 at their plate surfaces, are disposed on the a combining section of the mainstream exhaust gas 26 in the mainstream duct 16 and the bypass exhaust gas 28 in the state where end sections on an upstream side in the passing direction of the mainstream exhaust gas 26 are faced toward the inflow bypass exhaust gas 28 while displaced from each other at an upstream side of the mainstream exhaust gas 26 successively from an inflow side of the bypass exhaust gas 28.
