Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely discharge remaining hot water inside a hot-water tank of a coffee extractor equipped with the siphon hot-water tank capable of intermittently feeding hot water. SOLUTION: The coffee extractor includes the hot-water tank having a hot-water outlet path of a siphon structure above a coffee extraction part. The coffee extractor is configured to feed hot water from a hot-water producing device into the hot-water tank, and to feed hot water to coffee powder inside the coffee extraction part by the siphon phenomenon whenever at least a prescribed quantity of hot water from the hot-water producing device is stored inside the hot-water tank. A remaining hot-water outlet is disposed on the bottom wall of the storage part of the hot-water tank to continuously discharge remaining hot water by utilizing the capillary action and the following water droplet forming action, so that the remaining hot water can be completely discharged.
